"help me!" app?

Everytime I make a call this full screen app pops up called help me which tells me to contact RIM with any problems. I just installed .148 I've never seen this before any help would be appreciated.

Have you installed any other third party apps since you installed .148?

You could try going into options on your main screen, advanced options, and then to applications. Scroll down, there might be a "help me" program installed on your phone.

Help me screen not app. 2 access: hold down escape key > tap screen upper left>right>left>right.

Do battery pull & if not resolved long shot is:

Lower key rate &/or alter tap interval/swipe sensitivity via options > screen/keyboard.
