 HELP! Jivetalk not working, need Help. Docs to go??
I recently bought an 8310 that im using with Tmobile. I downloaded Jive talk but when i open it i get a message saying:"java.lang.NullPointerException,null"
I did some research and i found out that i need Docs to go to make it work.
My phone currently has OS 4.5.0.37. I downloaded what i thought were updates that have Docs to go. When i opened desktop manager, it didnt recognize the updates that i downloaded. Is this because i have the most current version?? what am i doing wrong??? id really appreciate it if someone can help me get Jivetalk to work, thats one of the most important Apps that i use. Please help
