Help! Deleted CrunchSMS, and now cannot get any Texts!

Yesterday, I was having trouble backing up my BB 8900. It kept getting stuck when backing up the CrunchSMS database. I decided to uninistall CrunchSMS, as I was having trouble reading the fonts in the bubbles, especially in the bright daylight. I prefer the original SMS native to my BB. However, now that I have uninstalled Crunch, I am not receiving any texts at all. I have tested with two different people, and I am not receiving their messages. AT&T says it is my SIM card, but everything else IS working (BeWeather, Email, Facebook, etc.), so I am not 100% sure. Any ideas???

I know that when you setup CrunchSMS it tells you to use your firewall to block regular SMS from duplicating on your phone.

Check here: Options > Security Options > Firewall

Ensure that the SMS box is not checked.

This was done on my Storm...not sure if the models differ. Hope this helps.

That was EXACTLY the problem, and now it is fixed. That means I do not have to go get a new SIM card! I really appreciate your quick response.
