BTW: The new version of GVDialer gives you the ability to send SMS text messages now, integrating with the BB menu as well inside the SMS window.

That version isn't available yet, is it? Beta hasn't dropped yet, has it?

Another question, if you don't mind. Some folks report seeing extra charges for forwarding on YouMail. Have you seen any?

Nope, no forwarding charges for me. GV sent me a link to DL the new Beta version. Gimme a few and I'll post some screenshots.

The new SMS functionality makes this a double home run for me. Incredible.

Thanks for the info, 3C.

Agreed..Thats slick. I have GV Dialer working great this go around. In the past it resulted as I mentioned above..Several device wipes and installs. I didn't have to go through the MyFaves stuff with the with the unlimited loyalty. I have been using YouMail forever..This is the last piece I was waiting on. Any idea when that Beta with texting is public and is it relatively stable? Im afraid I'll be investing in GvDialer at that point. Very deadly combo indeed.

Sorry I am totaly NOT trying to jack this thread but...Does anyone know why sometimes it says im trying to dial a invalid number? A error message? It will work fine like 3-4 times then get the invalid number thing, then work fine for a while again..?

Thanks a lot guys!

BLaine

ps. I am also still worried that once this whole Google Voice gets to going its going to be a pay service, and I am not sure what I would pay for it..

I have no idea when it will go public but I can say that on my 8900, GVDialer is stable. I have no problems and it works flawlessly.

When GV Dialer calls out, does your name appear as in the caller ID of the recipient?

I should be getting my google voice number anytime now. (Won a contest on the Friends of Google Voice Facebook page) Anyway, I am confused as to why you are still using Youmail. I was under the impression that Google Voice could do everything that Youmail does and that I would not need Youmail anymore.... What am I missing here? TIA
