Google Voice App HELP ME (pretty please)

Ok, got my google voice invite yesterday, set it up blah blah blah...
Downloaded the app....

and that's where I've stalled.

It shows up on the icons and application lists. I have done the little checklist of troubleshooting on the site. Still nothing. I have OS 4.3, which according to the site it accepts 4.2 & ^

So can someone please give me SOME idea what the problem could be?

find the GV icon, click on it, then it will make you sign into google ( same username and pw that you set it up online as ) and then you can use it on your phone

That's my problem! When I click on it, nothing happens

Have you tried a battery pull after installing?

Got it! I actually had to delete all my other Google Mobile apps

I have it on my phone and I really don't want to remove GMail and Google Talk to make it work. Are you telling me that's the only way to make it work?
