Goofy Problem with SMS Popup App

Check out the picture below. This happens whenever I call my voicemail. All I do is call my VM to check and listen to msgs. It's set to normal VZW voicemail, not any fancy stuff. The info shown is my own info. It shows my name as it is in my phonebook, my cell # and the other stuff as if I've left myself a voicemail.

Figured someone might have some insight since it is a fairly popular app.

Hmm..don't know why. I posted it at the bottom of the page, I see text but no actual pic until I click on it then it goes to picasa albums.
