Facebook video running after 2 weeks HELP!!!

I clicked on a stupid link on my facebook page of some pageant a friend went to. It was a personal video they posted. It's been running on the phone. It's been like 2 weeks and it pops up out of the blue, plays some, stops like it's buffering (it doesn't say buffering) and continues. It then goes away. It'll happen randomly out of no where. Some days it happens a lot others not so much. There is no way to stop it or see any info, it's just the video and it takes up the whole screen. I have no idea how this is happening.

Is there anything I can do to stop this? It's the same video and pretty much starts at the same spot all the time. If I lock the phone it goes away. Sometiimes I hear it playing, but the Home page is up, not even the video, but you can hear the video.

Please help me... this is so damn annoying.
