Thumbs down Facebook Help

So I upgraded my system to v.4.5.0.138 and after it rebooted- my calendar is totally messed up. My Facebook birthdays are all duplicated on different days so I deleted everything thinking I could just delete Facebook and reload it and it would be back to normal and it's not.

Any suggestions on how to get that back?!!

all i can think of is manual deletion. When you did the upgrade it backed up the FB stuff wrong some how from the calendar. then when you re installed the app it auto added the calendar again creating duplicates

You could try loading facebook then going into options and unchecking BlackBerry Calendar application. Then go into your calendar and see if they went away. Btw you might wanna default new calendar entries to NOT have an alarm. On my storm I messed this up and ended up having tons of facebook birthdays all with alarms going off around 11:30 pm.

You can delete/clear your BB calendar in desktop manager. I belive it's under the advance tab in backup. Select Calendars and then clear.

Remember though (just in case), after you delete and reset the calendar to go into "Options > Default Services" and ensure that your calendar is set to the only one you want to use. This way, you will not end up with duplicate appointments as it will only sync one of them. Hope this helps.
