Facebook application is not working

Hey,

I downloaded the facebook application from blackberry website; however, when i tried to login to my facebook i got this msg "you are currently on a service plan that does not support this application... etc."

Please note that I’m subscribed to the BIS service and all my emails are pushed and in addition to the blackberry messenger.

Please advice me on how to fix this problem.

I'd try removing the app, re-sending your service books, then reinstall it again.

i have noticed when i check "manage connections -> service status" that Blackberry internet service is not connected although as i said that i'm subscribed to the service.

delete it. reboot. then never install it again......ever
