Ya pretty well, I updated the post with technical specs on their function in the "note:" section at the bottom.

Disclaimer: This has nothing to do with Pete's program as far as I know. His program does exactly what it is advertised to do. Also, your mileage may vary..

I just want to give you a heads up on a couple of extra steps that I had to take on my phone...
(This is a 8130, OS 4.3 DM 4.5 on a Winxp machine..)

When I pressed the "Desktop Manager" button, DM opened just as it should have, then checked for newer versions of software, then did nothing else. I had to:

1) Open App Loader
2) Choose the "Update Applications" option.
3) Choose the "Advanced" button under the Device Application Selection heading.
4) Click "Next"

A menu then came up letting me know that the choices that I had made in CrackMem would be removed.

G/L and happy Crackberrying!

ps. Thanks Pete!

Just so you know, the idea of the program is not to control the interface of DM, it's actually better that you did those steps yourself.

Pete v2.2 is great I just reinstalled .52 because I was having issues and I tried it out and it did exactly what I needed it to do only 10 minutes faster. Thanks so much for the great program.

You are correct, hence my disclaimer. These were just a few steps that were not in the "Help" section of the program that might help another n00b such as myself out.

I have already integrated these words into the Help text of v2.3.

I do not need to release 2.3 yet as there seems to be nothing wrong with 2.2 (fingers crossed).

Default CrackMem under Vista 32bit (Home Ultimate, etc.)

To make CrackMem run properly each time under Microsoft Vista you need to set the program set the program to always run as administrator. To do this, use the following steps:

Right-click the program icon and click Properties.
On the Property sheet, click the Compatibility tab.
Under Privilege Level, select the Run this program as an administrator check box, and then click OK.

Note the check in the Run this program as an administrator

This only has to be done once per program.
