Default Can't Recall Name Of App : Makes Icon Shortcuts

Anyone know the name of the app where you can make your own icon shortcuts to websites etc... The program will even try to pull the icon off the website you are trying to shortcut.

I remember it wasn't free.. cost 2 or 4 bucks.

I have been looking with no luck...

I was going to say LaunchPad from Tafasa and I couldn't remember the app from Toysoft, but can see from Smiley's post it's PictureLink.

If you don't care about seeing an icon but you'll still have a shortcut, look into QuickLaunch as well. It creates a menu-list of whatever you like: apps, websites, phone numbers, etc.

All 3 are from very reputable developers, so you can't lose!
