Can't log into AppWorld account

Anyone having problems logging into their App World accounts after upgrading to .328?

When I go to My World, then Log In, I put in my username and password and it says "Authenticating", then it goes to "Loading Purchases,
then to "Please wait while your My World purchases are retrieved",
then it says "Unable to authenticate user at this time. Please try again later".

I've tried 20 times over a 12 hour period. The password is corrrect, I've verified it on Paypal's website. Also, when I put in an incorrect password it fails after the first step and never goes to "Loading purchases".

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling App World, resent service books, etc, etc, all with no results.

Any ideas?

Update: I had an expired credit card in my PayPal account.
As soon as I fixed that, AppWorld reconciled!
