Bubble Burst 2.0.2 Weird Video popped

Hi Everyone, My Girlfriend was using her 9780 (OS 6.0.0.723) Playing Bubble Burst 2.0.2 when all of the sudden a video popped in full screen it was a guy on what seemed to be a security camera doing a weird thing. I tried getting out of the video put no key worked I had to pull the battery.

Should we worry, is she "infected" or something?
