Default Bold 9700 stuck on reboot screen after deletion of app

I installed an app, then decided to delete it.....and now the phone will be frozen on the reboot screen even the white bar will be full. Iv done like 5 battery pulls and nothing, same thing over and over, took sim card and sd card out, no difference

please help :/. thanks!



EDIT: I guess.......the 8th time is the magic number lol its working again, guess next time this happens I know just to wait and keep trying! :O

I've had that happen too.....I hope you have insurance on your phone... Now this is going to sound really crazy but it works for my phone when it continues to reboot itself I rub the trackpad it kinda of wakes up the phone.....But it might not work in your case see if you can get a replacement phone

Actually....I just woke up and my phone is completely off.....what does that mean? Do I need a new battery? Iv had this phone for about 3 years now

I would say a battery would be a good place to start. Take it to a store and see if they'll let try a new battery.

Yea, I think it is the battery, sometimes the phone shuts off with a little less then 20% when im listening to music without warning ; ;(

Im just going to order a new battery now off this site, and hopefully that will fix all these problems.
