Usually the blue light means you've got blue-tooth enabled. So I would double check in connections that it's shut off. If you do have Berrybuzz, check and make sure it's not making your phone do that.

As far as the keyboard goes. Go into the options and Screen/Keyboard settings and make sure everything is what it should be.

If that doesn't work, go to Status under options. hold the shift key and type "test" You can start running tests and see if the phone can catch the problem itself
