Bloomberg OTA download problem

Phone = BB9700 w OS 6......668

Trying to update my current Bloomberg (v. 1.10.7.11) that has been running for almost 2 years to the latest update (v 1.11.12.3 on Bloomberg or v 1.11.12.3 on BB App World).

A similar problem appears whether downloading either directly from Bloomberg or from BB App World. I've attempted 10-12 times, rebooted inbetween, etc.

The download starts and is paused with this message:

"Bloomberg MobileBloomberg LP" contains a module named 'com_bloomberg_consumer.' A module with that name already exists. If you proceed the existing module will be replaced. Proceed? .......... YES / NO

I select YES and it resumes. I get the same message again and select YES again.

The download resumes and appears to complete and then I get a message......... !Download Failed........ OK / Details

Selecting 'Details' .......... 907 Invalid COD.

Everything appears Ok..... at the end of the download I get ...... !There was a problem during installation. Please try again. 'OK"

Any ideas?? Thoughts??
