Blackberry Protect Help

Hello,

I'm having a few technical difficulties setting up the blackberry protect app on my friends Curve 8530 OS-6.

Mine worked flawlessly, but of course, she logs in to Protect via her laptop, and she receives a notification saying that she cannot connect to the device, and to try disabling content control.

I went through her phone and realized her encryption was set to off, but it still will not let her connect.

Am I doing something wrong? The web log-in will let me log in to protect, but the "Track your phone via GPS" and "send a noise alert to your phone" links wont work (the pop up comes up).

Hopefully you guys can solve this problem of ours.
