BlackBerry Messenger Why can't we ?

I love using new apps its like getting a new toy to play with but I think Blackberry Messenger is my fav toy. I only wish that we could talk to other blackberry users, and why not Why cant We ? Its cheaper to text that way call it Blackberry talk lol wouldn't it be like talking on a walkie talkie or better ?

I use voicenotes and if I want to talk like a walkie talkie I use loudtalks. Its not perfect but it works.
Hopefully bb10 devices will bring front facing cameras and video chat like the playbook.
