My Fiance' has a new 9930, since her first one was acting up on her, and has updated to the new App world and it is asking her for her BB ID. She does not ever remember setting this up and therefore can not remember a password. I tried to help her reset her password, but she has not received the password reset email. This has been tried a few times over the last few days but she still has not received an email. She even tried to set up a new ID using her phone email and is told that user name already exists which seems to say that the password reset email should be sent to her phone. Has anyone seen this before? Any help will be greatly appreciated, as she would like to get into App world to manage her applications.
