Default uh, nevermind.

A price drop was advertised on the Crackberry blog post and on the home page of BBSmart ... yet it is being sold at full price on both sites.

$4.95, sure.
$8.95, nevermind.

Default good product missing a few features...

I find your product extremely useful. A few things that would be useful:

The ability to set alarms on specific dates and times rather than something like a Monday alarm that rings every Monday instead of only once.

The ability to set alarm templates that you can recall quickly.

IN any case, you have a great product and I use it a lot. Quick alarms make great timers.

I'm with you there. I was set to buy it this morning after my free trial. But now I see the price went back up.

Oh well...back to the stock BB Alarm.

I'm wondering if there's a known problem in compatibility with the new version of BBSmart Alarm Pro and AutoStandby. The two worked great together before both were upgraded. Now, when my Bold is plugged in overnight, it goes into both standby & lock (despite the AutoStandby settings not to do either). Hence, when my alarm goes off in the morning, I have to turn off both standby & lock.

I have a service ticket in with the makers of AutoStandby but was wondering if this is a known issue or if anyone knows of a workaround.

hands down the best thing on my curve! Thank you so much. this is a wonderful app.
even though I do agree with other posters that BB should have had a better alarm then the standard that they have.

Their customer support has been better in the past, but that doesn't change the fact that it's a terrific application and it's worth the $15 or so that I pad for it. I really don't think people have a reason to be mad because BBSmart no longer offers the initial (re-release) promotion.

Default Free test doesn't work on a Storm

I changed the permissions all to allow as instructed but still no sound. I am running OS 4.7.0.75 on the 9530 Storm.

I guess I'll save my money and wait for the OS update...

I bought this way back for my pearl>curve>finally bold! Still love it, but the alarm reminders in the banner notification area need to go or be made optional. As far as customer support goes I usually have positive experiences with bbsmart. When I asked for a pin update last week they got back to me in 4hrs
