APP ERROR 523... white screen of death

HELP! I have the white screen of death on my 8110 Pearl. Says App Error 523 then reset - but when I hit reset it returns me eventually to the same page. It's probably an app I tried to download that someone mentioned on Crackberry to block numbers. Is there any coming back from this?

You can either connect with loader.exe (Program Files*x86->Common Files->Research in Motion->AppLoader->Loader.exe) and remove the app, or use a program such as BBMCP, BBHTool or BBSAK to remove the application's file.
