Default AIM + Quicklaunch?

Ok, so I've searched and searched for this and couldn't find anything. I finally broke down and bought Quicklaunch, and while trying to set it up, AIM won't appear in the application list. Is AIM not compatible, or is there something wrong?

I got msn and google talk to work on it, as well as Palringo. Just Palringo randomly logs me out too often and I can't mute it for some reason, that's why I need aim.

I wish Yahoo and AIM would work through QuickLaunch, but no dice after I just downloaded the most recent update. Maybe a future update will fix this??
