this has been asked at least 100 times here in the last few days since the leaks happened.

AIM, YAHOO MESSENGER, GOOGLE TALK, FACEBOOK, MYSPACE APPS ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE 5.0 LEAKS ... Sorry..

Y! Messenger, Windows Live Messenger and Google Talk all work just fine for me on 5.0.0.100, so please stick to the question asked.

OP: Facebook has not released an app version compatible with 5.0 - trust that as soon as they do the news will big and bold all over the boards.

How did you get windows live messenger working? As far as I was concerned it didn't work. What phone do you have?

Actually, it's RIM that has not yet released a FB app that is compatible with 5.0.

Something along these lines should be stickied in this forum because every time there is a leak of a 5.0 OS for whatever BB, the thread invariably contains numerous posts asking whether FB works. Or as in this case, there is a thread dedicated to the question.

Take your own advice. Stick to what's asked. He said .191 not .100. I'm sure the person before you was just verifying that those apps do not work, "so please stick to the question asked."

What's the big deal with the facebook app? I can't stand it, it's slow and a pain to navigate through, I just have notifications emailed to me and then use the mobile version, way faster and easier.
