Can anyone tell me does BlackBerry phones running Android (Priv/DTEK50) use the same Ringtones and sound profiles like those on BB10, e.g. 'Spirit' ringtone?

Nothing equivalent to sound profiles from BB10 unfortunately.

You can copy bb10 ringtones to your SD card and port them over as well (but the priv already has most of the bb10 ringtones stock). I downloaded all the legacy ringtones when I switched to bb10 and I moved those over to the priv and they integrated perfectly. You just have to copy over to the device ringtones folder from the SD card.

What was nice on bb10 was that you could just leave your tones on the SD card and didn't have to move them to device storage.

Always wanted to ask that question. If it has spirit then that's a huge relief. That tone always made me know it's a blackberry like iphone has its signature tune.

Thank goodness the new Android BlackBerrys come with BB ringtones. That's a huge relief. That was one of the obstacles of switching over.
