    After this morning update, I am getting a pop up when I open the hub just like the attached. My Hub + services is up to date. Tried restarting the device with no results. Any help?

    I'm not sure if the Update button is taking you to the Google Play Store, but if you go there directly, does it report anything?

    Takes me there but only shows the Deactivate option. If I uninstall, I lose my emails and contacts setup which I will need to re-setup again..

    Thank you for asking. I have actually had to disable the BlackBerry services, uninstall and reinstall hub for it to work again.

    Okay, that's weird...there's definitely a version mismatch there. You've got the Hub but none of the other apps from the beta. When you originally joined the beta, did you "opt-in" to all of the test links? I have a feeling you only opted into Hub and not the rest, which is why you're seeing this issue.

    Thank you. This worked as I registered and redirected to the playstore and updated Hub+. Hub is now working well.. Thanks a lot for your help!

    Instead of starting a new thread I think I'll post my problem here.

    My BlackBerry Hub+ Services was eating up an abnormal amount of battery so I decided to clear the cache and data, disabled/ uninstall it (sometimes it says disable others uninstall for some reason)

    So it reverted back to the factory version and now, after enabling it again I tried updating it via Google play store and after pressing update the download bar doesn't move at all.

    I've tried clearing Google play store's cache, and disabling and reenabling and also restarted my phone but to no effect.

    Can someone please advice?
