    Hello,
Another dumb question, as I have never used Android before. How would I get my music from my PC onto a DTEK 5/60 or Priv? Can I sync the phone with iTunes? Or can I just drag and drop the tunes from the Music directory on the C: drive onto my phone when it is hooked up to the PC (i.e. does the Android phone appear as another "external drive" where I can copy the music file to?
    Thanks!

Sync it to a media card and install the card in your phone. If you sync it to the phone itself, you will be utilizing internal memory, and I advise against that, unless you're getting a phone with a lot of internal space. It does pop up on your computer as a portable storage drive, though, with the usual options of playing, transfer files, read files, etc.

Or simply place the card in a reader and drag and drop the music, or connect with a USB cable and use OTG to drag and drop.
