Unhappy Wifi BES Sync doenst reconcile new mail after conncetion lost

We're having a strange problem with 2 of our 100 employees that use WIFI sync with our BES.

Syncing of calendar and contacts is good.
Syncing of e-mail only works in office. (on wifi range)
When the user is out of range and gets e-mails..then comes back in the wifi range it does not reconcile the "new" recieved messages, new e-mails send within the range are syncing to the device good.

I already deleted the bes account, wiped device, reconfigured outlook account on the pc, re-installed DM. Nothing seems to help.

It only happens with 2 of our employees the others works great.

I googled for days tried a lot of resetting etc.. Nothing..

So please if anyone out there could help me?

*sorry for my bad english*

Why are they using WiFI anyways? Enable the wireless network on the device and seek support if the issue persists.

If the phone has no BIS/BES activation then it won't have the right WiFi transport service books on it.

But you say BES reconciliation is working over Mobile Data, explain more the exact BB plans the phones with faults are on also are you running BES or BESX

the phone with faults has no mobile data.
It sync connected to our own company wifi network where it's connected to our BESX.

We have 99% working perfect this way only 2 of them has troubles reconcile the messages.

Then its either a BIS provisioning issue or an issue with a batch of BESX SRPs that are going about at the moment that won't talk to phones over BIS as they are infact BES SRPs.
