My personal worry is that because BES might be so "easy", that its not given the consideration its worth. Most people see BES as the "Email thing we need". No the cool management suite. I think RIM needs to keep adding features to BES at a rapid pace, and bring the certification program back. Keep it easy for the Exchange admins, but make it so compelling that eventually either in inhouse or outsourced engineer becomes required of you want to go with the super cool features. | We're in a recession, companies are more interested in squeezing the costs out of what they have, not adding new super cool features. If the economy ever turns around we might see an uptick in demand for the "higher end" (as opposed to "Just Email" features of BES, but by then everyone may have moved to "The Cloud" (which is another security disaster waiting to happen).
