Weird issue Lotus Notes/BlackBerry

We are using LN 8.0.2 w/BES 5.0.
Different OS's on the BOLD 9000.

When are users receive an invite from an exchange user it shows up on their BlackBerry as a message instead of an invite.

I tested with multiple users and it works fine on some users and it doesn't work on some users.

Is there a setting on LN that is causing it to work for some of our users and not for the others?

It might be a setting on the Exchanged side. Exchanged used to have "issues" with sending Rich Text I don't remember the exact solution, but that's where I'd look.
