View Multiple calendars on BB

One question I have been asked a lot recently is,

Is it possible to view other shared calendars on a BB connected into the BES. We don't need it to sync, it would just be needed for a one time view

So besides the user being able to see their own calendar, they can view a shared team calendar.

Any help or suggestions as always would be much appreciated.

I was looking at it. The way I think it should work is, you create a new appointment on the bb and invite attendees, then you can check availability. We have rooms setup on our exchange 07 server and I can select a room resource as an attendee. I don't see a reason a shared calendar couldn't be setup too.

I am having one problem though. The free busy schedule isn't updating on the BB. It shows all time as being free for people and resources.

Not sure if it's a besx issue or an exchange problem. Any suggestions are appreciated!
