Default Using BESX, Any Way to Disable Phone?

We're in the process of determining whether we can use BESX or will have to upgrade our current standard BES server for our company's needs.

About 50% of our Blackberries do not have voice plans, just data only.

On our current BES server (4.1), we have IT policies in place to disable the phone on these units, since they are subject to a per-minute rate if someone decides to use the phone anyway.

I do not see any way to disable the phone on the BESX server at all (5.0.1), is this correct? Anyone know of anyway to do this? I don't really care *how* it is disabled (via the device or server), I'm just looking for a solution if anyone has one.
