Exclamation Users cannot send emails shortly after 5PM. Recieve fine.

This seems to be happening daily since last monday (a week ago) and I haven't been able to find anything helpful in regards to this issue.

Is there a specific place I should be checking?

Are there any logs you'd need to see to be able to help?

Sorry for all of the questions, I have a client breathing down my neck for this.

I appreciate the help.

If you need any more information please don't hesitate to ask.

2) Locate the reference to "BlackBerry Enterprise Server", select it and then click "Click here for support information.".
3) The publisher listed should be "Research In Motion" and the Version will be the exact version of BES currently installed. also post Bundle version.

Which Blackberry logs should I share?

I'll share all of them and just scrub people's names with a randomizer.

Here you go:

Never mind I am unable to share important links on this forum.

I changed all things with the same name as the company to Focker, because, Meet the Parents is funny.

I also changed people's names so nobody is named the same as a person actually in the company I am supporting here.
