User reply emails getting stuck and failing.

User goes to reply to emails.
types response, tells it to send, email show red square and then fails to send.
try hitting resend, same effect.
has anyone had or seen this issue?

not sure if it is OS, Phone, or an app that is causing the failure.

still can't send

Do the mail server logs shed any light on the problem? Can you see if the message gets to the server at all? What does the BAS console list as "last contact date"?

any limit size on the user's mailbox? have you tried to wipe out the device, completely delete the user off BES (exchange info included), recreate user and try to reactivate?
