 User can't download game from App World
Our users own their own Blackberries, so we enforce very few settings in the IT policies, pretty much only the ones dealing with device passwords. I have a user with a 9800 that tried to download Bejeweled and it told her that it couldn't be downloaded because it was disabled by the System Administrator.
The BES version is 5.0.2. What could be causing this error? I can't find a thing that I've set in the policy that would prevent it.
I have the same IT policy and was able to download a free game fine BTW.
Update, it seems free games do download fine, she can play Bejeweled for a minute, but was trying to buy it. Not sure if non-games are affected, I haven't bought apps myself, but have never had a report like this.
