Upgrading Phones using BPS?

We run a BPS setup for 2 phones in our company. When looking at the Blackberry Manager, there is a screen tab for UPGRADES. I cannot, however, figure out how to upgrade the phones from this area. I dont see anythign in the users guide that helps.

Any ideas appreciated.

Not supported on BPS.

It is supported on BES Sp5 and higher.
