Upgrade OS on BB OTA from BES!?

Hi.

I'm considering to update OS on BB's from BES OTA.
I have never done it before, so I wonder if it's some kind of guide out there to follow, or someone who knows what to do, can make one

A step by step guide had been nice, but if it doesn't excites, I take anything

I'm running BES 5.0.1 MR2 on windows server 2003.
