Update exchange system manager?

My exchange box is running SBS2003. My BES is running Windows 2000. Everything is working fine but I keep getting told to update my exchange system manager on the BES to the same level as the exchange system manager on the exchange server.

How do I do that? When I scan for updates on the Server 2000 box (BES) I get no updates. I remember the exchange updates would come up on the 2003 box. How do you update the ESM to match the other build?

Any exchange service packs which you have applied to exchange need to be applied to your BES too - they will update exchange system manager

So would I just download Service Pack 2 manually for exchange 2003 and run the install on the 2000 box? Since Windows update doesnt see ESM when I scan for updates on the W2K box.

Yes, thats what you need to do.

uninstall ESM and use CDO 1.2.1 from M$ as it is backwards compatable with exchange 2003.
