 Unable to view attachments on a BESx Bold 9700.
Hey guys,
I just started running into an issue here with our Bold 9700. We are unable to view attachments such as PDFs or .DOCs natively. The office docs open in DocstoGo with no issues, but the PDFs don't open at all. I have verified that the Blackberry Attachment Service is running, and the app is installed on the handhelds (Going to advanced options>applications>core>Blackberry Core).
They are running a mixture of AT&T's latest OS (.602) and .862. In the app loader, there is no option to install the Attachment app, so I assume that it is part of the Core Software. I have resend service books on all the phones, but to no avail.
This is running on BESx 5.0.
