I notice that only a few people really do anything else but email (real work hard ppl unlike me) and even myself it took me 2 days since I thought i would give it sometime to sync (my emails delay from 1 - 45 min!!)....

Appears that users who register after the upgrade to 4.1.6 have this problem....I believe I do not fall in this case since I am not a new user.....so I am in good hope that just resending the service book will fix my problem but they won't do that until they get the first problem fixed....

Thank you so much Rh1noo.....I guess I'll have to use PC Sync for the while being....how do i do that????

How many users do you have on the BES?

How many days do you have the log files for? Go back to the oldest log files and see how they compare in size.

MAIL_SYNC_01 will contain PIM sync information including address book info.
12 Users including myself. Past month it's been a consitant 3.68MB in size.
I checked the MAIL_SYNC_01 file, no errors. I see where and when it syncs with my device and no errors shown.
I even wiped my device and deleted my user in the Blackberry Manager, waited over night and re added myself and re-activated. Nothing. I checked all settings against the other two users I checked with their devices, nothing.

Yesterday my BES Admin called me up and I went to a series of trial and error....He tried to resent me the whole Desktop Service books and it didn't work (including me popping out the battery for 10 minutes, putting it back, and then reconcile)...so the next I did was delete it and then have him resend it....it didn 't work either.....and finally he had me re-activate my enterprise license again and viola....it works.....!!!!

Now the only problem I have yet to fix is why i'm always low on memory.....it will hit off with 15.5MB and it will fall to 1.6 MB in no time....with only 1 extra app open.....it can either be MSN or Google Latitude....eats up the same....I'm gonna try to see if I don't open anything if its gonna fall the same way...

How much app. mem do you normally have if you only have the 5 major apps opened (since u cant' close them anyways)?

I was successful in upgrading to 4.5.0.153(246). Took a bit to do. I got a 507 error but after trying two more times to get it, I got it. Re-activated the enterprise activation but still not able to get the address book synced. Again tried deleting the service books. Even went into the IT Policy but that's clean. There's only one policy, the default policy and going into it, nothing to setup so it's clean.
