unable to send messages with BB after few days???!!

Hello all

i have a small domain with 2 servers, one with AD and EXCHANGE 2007 ( SERVER 2008 )

and the BESX is running on WIN2003- X64 bit server

for a few days everything is working great, i can get emails on my 9700 phone and send.
after few days im trying to send an email and get OK but after 5 min i get an X on the sending, only after i reset the BESX server and i mean full windows reset i can get the BB phone to send emails.

what is the problems ? im running new BESX 5.0.1 version

Amir,
Check the permissions for the user in Active Directory. BESADMIN should be in the Security Tab. The user that's attempting to send, are they a Domain Admin by chance?
