Default Is there a BESAdmin client or way to take away DOMAIN ADMIN rights?

I am a Blackberry Administrator and manage a BES server with about 80 users. I was wondering if there was a client software that would allow a user to manage from his desktop instead of logging into the server. That would be convient for me and would allow me to set up other users to administer the server without giving out the BESAdmin password. I am hoping to find something similar to the WINDOWS ADMIN PAK or EXCHANGE ADMIN client.

Also, is there a practical way to take way DOMAIN ADMIN rights from the BESAdmin login? I would be more comfortable giving the password out if I knew it was not also a DOMAIN ADMIN. Any input is appreciated.

Thanks

First, BESAdmin needs to be part of the local admin group, not Domain Admin.

Second, 4.x had a thick client. 5 has BAS, a web admin interface.
