Default Taking Contacts

I'm leaving the company I work for and wasnt really sure the right way to go about making sure I correctly remove myself from the BB server, but still make sure I take all my Contacts since I have both personal and professional contacts mixed together.

1. Do I remove myself from the BB server ONLY?
2. Do I remove myself from the BB server after I back up all of my Contacts in BB Desktop Manager?
3. Do I need to wipe my BB?
4. Another suggestion?

In the end, I dont want to leave any of my Contacts behind (call me selfish), but dont want to loose anything either.

Anyone?

I'm assuming this is your personal phone on the company server.

Definitely do a backup with DM. After you do that tell your BES Admin to remove your phone from the BES. Depending on company policy they may force a wipe when the do this or they may not. Either way, you should probably wipe the phone to get rid of the IT policy. Then you can restore your contacts from the backup you took.

Hi Murialita,

Thanks for your help. I will give this a try.

And yes, you are correct - this is my personal phone.
