Synchronize Email Signatures

We have BES 5.0.2, Lotus Notes 8.5, and a bunch of Tours.

Recently, the company decided to do some reorganizing, so a lot of people have changed their positions. Which means a change to their email signature. I know quite a few ways to change the signatures on the BlackBerry side of things (on the phone, desktop manager, web desktop manager, editing user info in the BES), but is there a way to have the signature sync with their Lotus Notes signature? This would save effort and whining.

cant sync the notes signature but you can append to all emails company info and let users decide if they want their name on it.

Thanks, that's what I thought. We do append the company disclaimer on all emails, which the users have no control over. It's just their personal signatures which include job titles that is being an issue right now. Just thought it wouldn't hurt to ask.

Users can create a signature on their device, and it can be populated in BES as well for each user. I use a template (notepad text) and apply it to every new user along with their name.
