Sync Name Titles (Mr. Dr. Prof. etc.)

Hi Guys

I'm not sure if it is a server problem or a desktop manager one. We have some users they get name titles in their contacts. It's a problem because the BB can just display part of the name and it would look like Mr. Prof. Dr. Dr. etc. So you need to open the mail first to sort out whose mail it actually is. Somebody else experienced that problem? Any solution ideas?
