I may be totally out of line here and if so, please just close the thread. I have been a Crackberry member for a few years or so and happen to be in a line of work that supports IT. Anyway, I have access to a Senior Blackberry Engineer role in the Washington, DC. The description is below. Senior Blackberry Engineer
Functions: Performs a variety of engineering tasks, either independently or under supervision, which are broad in nature and are concerned with the design and implementation of integrated networks, including personnel, hardware, software, and support facilities and/or equipment. The Senior Blackberry Engineer is responsible for major technical/engineering projects of higher complexity and importance than those normally assigned to lower level engineers. This person plans and performs network-engineering research, design development, and other assignments in conformance with network design, engineering and customer specifications, and handles priority tickets for client VIPs.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and eight (8) years of general experience.

BlackBerry Enterprise Servers (BES) for Domino 4.0 (Required)
BlackBerry Enterprise Servers (BES) for Domino 5.0 (Desired)
Microsoft SQL 2000 and 2008
Neverfail 5.3
Repligo Server 2. X and client
MetaMessage Server 3.X and client
Lotus Notes/Domino 8.5
Windows Mobile 6.X w/ BlackBerry Connect 4.X
HP Server
Microsoft Windows 2003 SP 2 Enterprise (clustered servers)
Windows 2003 Enterprise Servers
Symantec Backup Exec software
