Cool SPAM Filtering with BIS and Exchange

Howdy y'all...

We *do* run a BES and are in the process of moving our BIS users to our BES -- but we aren't there yet! Only about 1/3 through that (nightmarish) process. Our environment is Exchange 2007, TrendMicro for Exchange.

So, that being said... here's my issue du jour with BIS:

We have a couple of users that occasionally get their e-mails bounced by our SPAM filter (TrendMicro for Exchange v10) for Content when they send it from their Blackberry. I *have* white listed all of our domain (@company.com) but it still happens here and there if it comes from their BB -- but never if using OWA or Outlook.

So my question is: how can I do effectively whitelist our users so they never get their e-mails bounced when they send from their BB?

Thanks in advance for any help!

try whitelisting *@*.blackberry.net -- that might be the source of the problem (or you could use the various carriers, like att.blackberry.net, tmo.blackberry.net etc)

That is what I was thinking but was unsure of exactly what to whitelist... I'll try *.blackberry.net and see how that flies!

Thanks!
