Default Some users can not send or receive messages from their handheld
Hi
I have bes4.1.4.15 and exchange server 2003. Since yesterday some users can not send or receive email on their hand held.
Can anybody help me with that?

You may need to be a little more specific than that...
Have you installed anything on the email server or the BES server?
Does it affect outlook or webmail aswell?
Does a reboot of the mail server or bes server make this work for a while then die out?
