Default Some Databases failed to syncronize: address book

Hello All;

I'm fairly new to BB Server. I implemented my BB Server in the fall of last year and have added several BB phones over time. Recently, when adding another phone, upon the completeion of the Activation Process, the phone displayed the following message:

Some Databases failed to syncronize: address book

I've gone through Email/Calendar/Notes/Contact regarding sycronization test and have performed look ups addresses in email. Everything seems to be working fine. Is this message something I should be concerned about or can I ignore it.

Email Server: Exchange 2007
BBS: Version - 4.1.4.17

Randy

I've activated my own phone many times after upgrading to a new OS, and I sometimes get this message (but not all the time). Each time, my address book was there and I noticed no problems. I think you can ignore it.

I have seen this too - and again it seems like all entries are present.

If you really wanna be sure just delete the Desktop [sync] service book - wait about 20 seconds and then go back into service books and hit undelete, this then does a kind of re-activation on the device and if you maybe lucky and get no errors - that way you will be able to sleep better at night lol :-)
