Default Sharing Calenders with 2 Blackberry's

Hi we are in process of getting Blackberry Professional Software aka stripped down version of BES

what we will require is 2 users who have there own Blackberry's
Director and Admin Assistant

Admin would like to add/change/view... Director's Calender from Admin's blackberry. and vice versa.

how can this be done., can it?

I know withing Exchange/Outlook sharing calenders/edit/viewing is not an issue... but on the blackberrys.!?

Finally, something I have a bit of experience with and can offer some insight.

AFIK, this is not possible with BB software alone. BB's will only sync with the personal exchange mailbox. Here are some options:

1) Sync Outlook Calendars, Contacts, Tasks, Exchange public folder sync, Windows Mobile Smartphone, Pocket Pc, PDA, Blackberry Sync Software: DidItBetter.com Software 800-837-8636. Expensive but runs as a service on a server and can duplicate items back and forth between different mailboxes (including public and private).

2) Palm Pre Outlook Sync Solution - Sync Notes, Tasks and More - PocketMirror Standard by Chapura has a $50 program called foldersync. I have been using this for a while with mixed results. It required that you have it running on your local machine and it can copy items from public folders (or other user folders that you open with outlook) and your personal folders.

3) You can look into using Google calendars and their sync tool with Exchange. I have never had the patience to try this.

4) The new BBM 5 supposedly has some sort of shared calendar support. But, I don't think it integrates with Exchange.

5) Use OMA (Outlook Mobile Access) from the browser on your BB to see other calendars. This is not very convenient and only works if you have Exchange 2003 (as OMA was removed in Exchange 2007). OWA is too graphic-intensive for a BB browser.

6) Get the functionality of OMA on an exchange 2007 server via OWA-PDA: OWA For PDA, Outlook Web Access for PDA, OWA PDA, OWA-PDA
