 "Remove from Calendar" not removing from BlackBerry
I work for a coporate Help Desk and perform BlackBerry support as part of my responsibilities. We are currently running BES 5.0 (unsure of service pack).
I have a user who is reporting that when she gets a "Remove From Calendar" message in Outlook and uses it to remove the calendar entry, her BlackBerry is not updating. Standard deletion methods on both ends work fine.
Is this a bug in the BES that is being addressed in a future SP, or is there something on the user's end I need to check? Any and all input is appreciated.
